I have treated her with direct tracks to extrude posterior teeth and fixed appliance to gain enough space for dental implants.
I've tried to translate it in spanish.

Dear poolman88 you've seen right but it' only the effect of the elimination of the direct tracks pn first molars.( you can see, ther is still the blue composite on them )
But it's right that canine guidance are still too pronunciated so the patient is wearing an equiplan for a better maturation of the occlusal plane-
